How is Integrity Energy Brokers different from Power to Choose?

Power to Choose is an online marketplace that was created by the PUC to assist consumers in choosing the best electricity provider for their homes and businesses. Can Integrity Energy Brokers service multiple locations?

Yes, we can service as many locations as you choose. For example: some customers may have their main home as their residence, but they also may have rental properties. The same is for commercial businesses that have more than one location.

Will Integrity Energy Brokers automatically enroll me in a plan? Or do I get to choose?

At Integrity Energy Brokers, we take accountability and transparency very seriously and we’re committed to continuing that in every aspect. We will send you what is called a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will show you what the rates are for your home and/or business, based on your historical usage. You as the client get to choose which term and rate you want. The benefit of Integrity Energy Brokers handling the RFP process on behalf of our clients is that we only work with top-tier suppliers, and we can provide market insights such as market trends, regulatory updates, and pricing forecasts. This will help ensure that all our clients make well-informed decisions and select the supplier(s) that best meet their requirements.

Why are my bills so high and what are TDSP charges?

When looking at your electricity bills, you will be charged the following charges: energy charge, TDSP Fees, and taxes. The Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) fees are charged by your utility provider. Those fees are charged to deliver and transmit the electricity through the power lines to your meter, to power your homes and businesses. Those TDSP fees are also associated with any meter installation, priority move ins, power outages, and meter removals. TDSP charges are set by your utility company, and they will be applied no matter who your electricity provider is.
